Please read the whole sales policy before Inquiring about a bunny!

RIGHT TO REFUSE\CANCEL A SALE

We have the right to refuse or cancel a sale to ANYONE, at ANY time, for ANY reason. It is extremely important to me that my bunnies go to homes where they will be given the proper care and love that they deserve – and if a feel in any way uncomfortable with where or whom they are going to, I have the right to refuse a sale, or cancel one that is already in progress.  If your sale is canceled, your deposit will be refunded.

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

In order to reserve a rabbit, a 50% deposit must be placed. Deposits can be placed through Venmo or in person only. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE with the exception of bunny dying or becoming sick while he or she is in my care, OR if I choose to cancel your sale. The remaining balance can be paid in cash only at pickup. I do not except checks. ~Also, please note your deposit can be switched to another bunny if not gender wanted, but if because of any other circumstance i can not refund a deposit. Also, please note for my show rabbits i can not guarantee that the rabbit will be show quality. if you would like to be put on a pick slot list, you must put a deposit down. This deposit will be $30 and is NON-refundable. The price of the rabbit is separate from this. Rabbits are priced anywhere from $65-$100 for pet, $100-$350 for breeder\show pedigree rabbits, depending on color, type, and Vienna markings. I cannot promise your favorite bunny from the litter, even for those who have placed deposits down for the 3 picking slots I will have available, as I may decide to keep the rabbit myself to continue on in my rabbitry. A limit of 3 people can do this per litter – but ONLY before or 5 days after the litter is born – otherwise, all bunnies are up for grabs for anyone at reservation time (3 weeks.)

PICK UP

Bunnies are expected to be picked up when they are 8 weeks of age – however, I may decide to keep a bunny longer if i am concerned about their level of development or if a show bun. Bunnies need to be picked up at 8 weeks of age unless other wise arranged. I can meet, have you pick up the rabbit at my location, or i do work with transports. Please arrive promptly on arranged time to pick up your rabbit. If you have not come to pick up your rabbit in our planned meeting time, we will have to reschedule and you will be charged an additional $3 per day as a boarding fee. Rabbits definitely need to be picked up within 1 week of their leave date and if you have not come to pick up your bunny within that time, your deposit will be forfeited and the rabbit will be placed back up for sale.  I do allow visitors into my rabbitry! Babies are placed up for reservation at 3 weeks of age and can be visited at 6 weeks if you so desire – However, I can’t allow any outside pets in as i do not want any incidents to occur between them and my bunnies\any of my other pets. I would also appreciate it if little ones could be seated when handling their bunny, just to be safe and prevent any accidents. Bunnies at that age are so tiny and fragile and can wiggle when being handled, especially when the one holding them is standing, otherwise. Let me know if you would like to see your bunny and I will happily arrange a meet-up time with you! My bunnies are very friendly and love attention. Please bring a carrier or a deep box to pick up! Your bunny will should not ride home on your lap. Pictures and updates will be sent once every 1-2 weeks. Contact me for more info about delivering and meeting up

NO GUARANTEES

Bunnies under 3 weeks are quite hard to sex and i cannot 100% Guarantee the gender of your bunny. If your rabbit turns out to be a buck rather then a doe or vice versa, your deposit can be refunded. This is one of the ONLY exceptions to the non-refundable deposit. I will never sell a sick, injured, or aggressive bunny – but rabbits are excellent at hiding when they are sick or injured (a survival instinct to avoid being targeted by predators in the wild) and i can only guarantee that the rabbit is healthy to the best of my knowledge at time of sale. I am not responsible for any problems that may arise after the rabbit leaves my care. If you would like to contact me, i will happily give some advice on how to handle anything that has happened, but vet fees, etc. i unfortunately i can not help pay for those. I will go through a check with you when you come to pick up your bunny to show and help you be certain that the teeth\mouth, nose, and double-checking sex. If anything should be out of the ordinary i will keep the bunny until it is nursed back to health or can offer a refund. If you would like a pedigree with your rabbit, you will have to let me know beforehand. Pedigrees come with no additional cost and are sent through email or printed out whichever you prefer- i keep track of my pedigrees after they are given out, so if you need it i have a second copy i got you!
